Bubble, bubble, toil and trouble...

A 12-inch cap? Really? On each of the 24-gallon fermenters? Wow. 1am, that's where it's at. Huge cap. Slight bit of sulfur odor but still quite healthy.
 
About 80F temperature now. Gravity adjusted for temperature = 1.062
 
At this rate, the must could be ready to press by late Tuesday. This means I'll have to check on availability of grape presses for rent from Main Street Brew or Above The Rest.
